Melissa Wolf Starr has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is as the Chief Program Officer at Jewish Family Services, which they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at the same organization from July 2019 to June 2021. From July 2018 to July 2019, Melissa was the Director of Workforce Development Services, where they provided grant management and developed community partnerships. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Adult Workforce, overseeing program logistics and grant responsibilities for various organizations. Melissa also has experience as a Community Relations Coordinator & Career Strategist, where they developed career advancement opportunities and coordinated events for young professionals. Melissa's other work experiences include substitute teaching at Dublin City Schools and South-Western City Schools, as well as volunteering as an English teacher in under-served Israeli public schools through OTZMA (XXIV): Israeli Teacher Corps. Melissa also worked as a Student Office Assistant at the Ohio State Men's Basketball Office during their time as a student.
