Jenevive Naa O. Newman has a wide range of work experience in various roles. JENEVIVE NAA .O. has worked at Jewish Family Services of Delaware since 2018, starting as a Program Associate and moving up to become the Director of Refugee Integration and Support Services. In this role, they oversee programs for refugee resettlement and social integration in Delaware. JENEVIVE NAA .O. has also managed a team of staff and supervised the implementation of support services for new comer populations.

Prior to their work at Jewish Family Services, Jenevive worked as a Wim Deetman Studiefonds Fellow at Win Deetman Studiefonds from 2016 to 2023. JENEVIVE NAA .O. also has experience as a Project Officer at FIDA-GHANA and as a Programs Officer at International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA-GHANA).

Jenevive Naa O. Newman has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Ghana. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the same institution. In 2017, they pursued further studies and completed a Master of Arts in International Development from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam's Institute of Social Studies. In 2021, they obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Delaware State University. Furthermore, they have obtained certification in Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in 2020.
