Mike Phillips serves as the Senior Director of Patient Advocacy and Housing Services at Jewish Family Service of San Diego since March 2018, having also held the role of Director and Supervising Attorney for the Jewish Family Service Patient Advocacy Program since January 2009. In addition to these positions, Mike has been actively involved with the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society as Province President for the San Diego Region since 2007 and has been instructing at Notary Public Seminars since August 2008. Mike also serves as a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent under the California Secretary of State since November 2004 and mentors with VIP Mentors (Volunteers in Parole) since 2006. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Attorney at the University of San Diego School of Law from January 2005 to December 2008. Mike holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Sociology from UC San Diego.
