Dawn Wallace is an experienced Human Resources and Operations leader with a demonstrated history of modernizing and improving organizational processes across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Jewish Family Service since March 2020, Dawn oversees human resources, benefits administration, risk management, and facilities management. Previous roles include membership with Chief, focusing on women executive leaders, and serving as Director of HR and Administration at TreePeople, where strategic interventions reduced turnover rates significantly. Dawn also held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Amanecer Community Counseling, driving critical resolutions for organizational challenges. Early career experiences include supervisory and generalist roles in HR at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services and personnel administration with the State of Nevada. Dawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Willamette University.
