Katie Moore MSW, LSW has extensive experience in social work and community service, currently serving as the AgeWell Cincinnati Manager at Jewish Family Service of Cincinnati since June 2019. Katie has held multiple roles within AgeWell Cincinnati, including CareLink/AgeWell Cincinnati Concierge Care Manager and Social Worker. From July 2015 to December 2023, Katie founded and presided over Goshen War on Heroin, a non-profit organization addressing substance addiction through community support and resources. Additional experience includes internships and roles at Clermont Senior Services, Crossroads Hospice, BrightView, Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio, and Arbors at Milford, all contributing to a robust background in social work and advocacy. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University.
