Pablo Cano Eraso is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Jewish Community Services of South Florida since March 2022. In this role, Pablo collaborates with the leadership team to align HR strategies with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition and retention. Previous positions include Human Resources Compliance Specialist, where Pablo ensured compliance with HR record-keeping requirements, and HR Generalist at Risamar Business Group, where responsibilities included payroll administration and the implementation of a payroll system. Pablo's career began with roles in customer service and warehouse management, and further includes founding the Youth Ministry at St. Katharine Drexel and managing international shipping at Mailtime. Pablo holds a Master’s degree in Practical Theology and Ministry from Barry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
