Lisa Yanofsky is an accomplished educator and pedagogue with extensive experience in arts education and family engagement. Currently serving as a Pedagogue at the JCC of Dallas since August 2022, Lisa previously worked at Temple Emanu-El, where responsibilities included teacher development, family engagement programming, and curriculum creation for music education. Lisa's background includes roles as a Performing Arts Teacher and Middle School Advisor at Hathaway Brown School, where initiatives focused on music integration and anti-racist pedagogy were implemented. With a Master's degree in Art in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and dual Bachelor's degrees in Art History and Music from Oberlin College, Lisa combines a strong educational foundation with a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments. Additionally, Lisa has held positions in various arts organizations, further enhancing their expertise in education and community engagement.
