Eva Hoffman, LCSW has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Eva started their career in 2011 as a Site Coordinator at Kid Power, Inc., where they provided academic support and supervised staff. Eva then worked as a Community Services Intern at DOROT, researching communal services and implementing socialization programs for senior citizens. Eva had an MSW Student Intern role at OZANAM HALL OF QUEENS NURSING HOME INC, where they coordinated case management services and collaborated with a multidisciplinary team. Eva also served as a Case Planner at Forestdale, Inc., developing and implementing permanency plans for families, and as a Foster Care Home Finding Recruiter, engaging prospective foster parents and conducting home visits. Eva joined Northwell Health as an MSW Student Intern, completing diagnostic evaluations and providing psychotherapy. Eva also co-facilitated a symptom management group. Eva worked as a Substitute Teacher at NYC Department of Education and implemented lesson plans for grades 6 to 9. Eva then joined Visiting Nurse Service of New York as a Psychiatric Social Worker on the Mobile Crisis Team. In 2019, they started working at Hasc Center, Inc., first as a Residence Manager, overseeing daily operations and facilitating habilitation plans, and later as the Director of Day Hab at First Avenue, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing supervision and support to staff. More recently, Eva was a Support Care Adviser at eFamilyCare, implementing strategies to support caregivers in a collaborative online relationship. Eva is currently the Director of Enhanced Family Foster Care at JCCA. Throughout their career, Eva has demonstrated a strong commitment to client care and effective program management.

Eva Hoffman, LCSW, obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Fordham University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Sociology at The George Washington University from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their academic achievements, Eva has acquired various certifications and additional qualifications. These include becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards in May 2022. Eva also obtained their Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) certification in August 2018.

Furthermore, Eva obtained certifications in various areas, such as Notary Public from the New York State Department of State in November 2022, CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross in June 2021, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders: Components of Care from Postpartum Support International in November 2017. Eva also acquired qualifications in Substitute Teaching from the NYC Department of Education in October 2017 and Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid USA in August 2017.

Other certifications and qualifications include Solution Based Casework from Family Solutions in March 2016, Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS-NY) from The John Praed Foundation in September 2014, and Trauma Systems Therapy obtained in September 2014. Although the institution is not specified for the latter two certifications, it should be noted that Eva has achieved these qualifications.
