Sarah Gamerman BS, RN is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Avanza Healthcare Strategies since 1999, Sarah has led the development of over thirty ambulatory surgery centers nationwide and has played a crucial role in achieving accreditation for multiple facilities. Concurrently, Sarah holds the position of Camp Nurse at Capital Camps, overseeing health policies and management for a large number of campers and staff during summer sessions. Previous experience includes a per diem role at Meritus Health and a six-year tenure as Perioperative Supervisor at Robinwood Surgery Center, where crucial operational and staffing responsibilities were managed. Sarah holds a Diploma from Union Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Frostburg State University.
