Carlos Orjuela is an accomplished operations professional with over 30 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Jewell Events Catering since June 2010, Carlos manages day-to-day operations across various divisions, including catering and fine dining. Previously, Carlos held the role of RVP of Operations/General Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering, overseeing operations in multiple cities. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Banquet Manager at Hotel Intercontinental and Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, where Carlos coordinated numerous high-profile events and ensured operational excellence. Carlos is an alumnus of Oakton College and Universidad de La Sabana, where legal studies were pursued.
