Thomas Kircher has extensive experience in loss prevention and customer service, currently serving in various roles at Jewelers Mutual Group since March 2020, including Analyst, Risk Services, and Loss Prevention Specialist. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from prospective and existing policy holders in the U.S. and Canada, handling escalated calls, aiding jewelers with shipping procedures via the Zing® Platform, and filing claims for policy holders. Previous positions include roles such as Summer Warehouse Worker at Corcoran Glass & Paint, Day Camp Counselor at Lake Bluff Park District, Detailer at Bergstrom Chevrolet, Floor Worker and Transporter at Kloss Distributing Company, and Stocker at Zaug's Food Service. Thomas holds a degree in Anthropology and Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and graduated from Carmel Catholic High School.
