Adam Dean, CFA has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Adam is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Jewel Bancorp Ltd., where they played a pivotal role in obtaining a banking license in Bermuda. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Ravix Group and Co-Founder of Bank Protocol. Adam also served as President and Co-Founder of Square 1 Asset Management, President & CEO of Arboretum Asset Management, Inc., and President & Co-Founder of SVB Asset Management. Adam began their career as an Analyst at Pacific Growth Equities and later worked as Vice President - Capital Markets at Wells Fargo.

Adam Dean, CFA has an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology at UC Santa Barbara from 1988 to 1993. Adam completed their secondary education at Torrey Pines High School, receiving a General Graduate degree in 1988.
