Nathaliya Hewage is a skilled Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Jetwing Hotels since March 2024, where responsibilities include maintaining the HRIS system, assisting with payroll processes, and facilitating employee engagement activities. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Trainee at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo from July 2023 to February 2024, where Nathaliya managed onboarding documentation, personal file management, and coordinated interviews and inductions.
