Johan Martinsson currently serves as the Head of Asset Management at JCE, where responsibilities include managing investments in Nordic equities and fixed income. In addition, Johan holds positions on the Nomination Committees of both Embellence Group and Jetpak Group, as well as a Board Member role at Toyama Holding AB, a major industrial group with significant turnover and employee count. Prior experience includes working as a Treasury Analyst at Castellum, where financial portfolio management was key, and as a Consultant in the Risk Advisory department at Deloitte, specializing in the banking sector. Johan also worked as a Controller at Kyäni Europe AB and holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Financial Management from the University of Gothenburg, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Maastricht University.
