Adrianne Hersrud is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and software development. Adrianne is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Jetpack Workflow starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Help Scout as the Senior Engineering Manager, Mobile from August 2018 to November 2022. Adrianne also held positions at Intercom as an Engineering Manager from June 2017 to August 2018, and at Spotify as an Engineering Manager, Mobile Application Developer Productivity from January 2016 to May 2017. Adrianne has previous experience as an Engineering Manager at Marchex from December 2012 to December 2015, and as a Software Development Manager at Oracle from April 2006 to November 2012. Adrianne started their career as a Java Developer at Expeditors from December 2002 to April 2006. Adrianne's work history also includes roles at Performant as a Software Development Engineer, UI from March 2001 to October 2002, Bootleg Networks as an Extreme Programming (XP) Team Member from December 2000 to March 2001, and Free Range Media as a Software Engineer from July 1999 to November 2000.

Adrianne Hersrud received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, which they completed between 1995 and 1999. Adrianne also obtained several additional certifications, including "Building High-Performing Teams", "Creating a Team Culture of Continuous Learning", "Optimizing Diversity on Teams", and "The Power of Team Culture" from Coursera in May 2017. Adrianne earned certificates in "Getting and Cleaning Data", "R Programming", and "The Data Scientist’s Toolbox" from Coursera in August and October 2015. Additionally, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner in June 2013 and a Certified Scrum Master in June 2009, both through the Scrum Alliance.
