Sean Connor began their work experience in 1990 as a Production Manager at Holland Mark Martin. Sean then worked as the Director of Production Services at TPC Group from 1995 to 2000. In 2002, they joined Jet Mail Services, Inc. as the Director of Client Services, where they continue to work.

Sean Connor attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1979 to 1983. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
