Michael Weidlick has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael worked part time at Jet Airways of the U.S., Inc. since its inception, creating custom internal applications and establishing IT processes and network infrastructure. At REJIS, they were a Senior Programmer Analyst, designing and developing a custom ERP system. Michael also worked at Deutsche Financial Services as an Analyst, where they designed and developed internal applications. Additionally, they served as the Director of Information Systems at Airmax Airlines and worked as a Programmer at Lexmark International, Inc. and MEMC Electronic Materials. Most recently, they joined Medical Office Online as a Member of the Board of Directors.

Michael Weidlick received a Certificate in Information Technology Leadership from Regional Learning Forum in 2012. In 1987 and 1988, they studied Mathematics at Washington University in St. Louis.
