Jennifer Perkin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social work, community engagement, and creative initiatives. Since November 2022, Jennifer has served as an Integrated Dual Diagnosis Practitioner at Jesuit Social Services, while also contributing to The Men's Project as a Project Support Officer. Concurrently, Jennifer works as a Community Engagement Officer at Conversation Co and as an Accommodation Support Worker for Melbourne City Mission. A freelance writer and editor since 2007, Jennifer has produced content for various publications and edited several independent titles. Previous roles include Child Support Officer at DFFH and event management for organizations such as Smorgasburg and the Sin Gusano Project. Jennifer founded and managed Convivio.Oaxaca., a multifaceted creative space, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications, an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism, and a Master's degree in Social Work/Mental Health Practice from Griffith University.
