Rachid FAIK currently serves as the Plant Maintenance Manager at JESA S.A since July 2022, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and regulation maintenance for fertilizer production lines. Previously, Rachid held the position of Manager Bureau de Méthodes, managing services related to preparation, planning, reliability, non-destructive inspections, interchangeable equipment, and GMAO management. From April 2020 to July 2022, Rachid was the Chief of the Quality Control Service at Centrale Thermique de Mohammedia, responsible for leading quality control teams in performance testing and non-destructive evaluations. Prior experience includes roles as Chief of Quality Control at Centrale Thermique à Fioul de Kénitra and Centrale Thermique à Charbon de Jerada, and as a Quality Control Engineer at LafargeHolcim, where optimization of cement dosing accuracy was a focus. Rachid holds an Engineer's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, earned between 2008 and 2013.
