Tali Carmely is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Assistant CFO at Mivne Group since May 2021. Previously, Tali worked at Pelephone for over 25 years, holding roles such as Economist, where responsibilities included budget control for expenses and investments, procurement order management, supplier payment oversight, and new service implementation training. Tali also served as Quality Control Manager at Pelephone, managing a quality control team within service centers. Earlier career experience includes the role of Collections Manager at Danel HR (Adir Yehoshua) Ltd, overseeing the collections and payroll systems. Tali holds a degree in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel and has completed executive education programs in bookkeeping and payroll calculation at Reichman University.
