Brooke Gutterman is an experienced construction and project management professional with a background in coordinating pre-construction activities and managing construction projects. Currently serving as a Pre-Construction Specialist and Construction Coordinator at Jerry Kachel Builder, Inc. since January 2020, Brooke previously worked as a Project Coordinator at Buffalo Construction from August 2014 to January 2020. Prior experience includes the role of National Account Manager at Commonwealth Sign Company from February 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities involved providing signage suggestions, obtaining necessary permits, and participating in variance meetings. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from Bellarmine University, completed in 2011, following education at Sacred Heart Academy.
