Shinaika Phillip, M.S., has extensive experience in program management and advocacy within various organizations. Currently serving as Program Director and previously as Assistant Director at The Jericho Project since January 2021, Shinaika has played vital roles in several organizations, including Board Member at URAM- The Nest and Advocate Supervisor at Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children. Throughout a diverse career, positions have included Waiver Service Provider at New Alternatives for Children, Inc., Youth Advocate at Phipps Neighborhoods, and Family Foster Care Case Planner at Good Shepherd Services, among others. Shinaika holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies with a minor in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz.
