Samantha Santos currently serves as Managing Director and Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy at Citi, in addition to being a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Jeremiah Program in Brooklyn. With a robust background in diversity and inclusion, Samantha held key positions at Goldman Sachs as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and at Facebook as Diversity Business Partner for the Tech division. Prior experience includes leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at Bloomberg LP and directing HR strategy at DataSynapse, Inc. Samantha began a 15-year HR career at TMP Directional Marketing, LLC and MonsterWorldwide, Inc. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Niagara University.
