Ann-Kathrin Maahs is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at JERA Nex since May 2023, where responsibilities include establishing HR policies with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and supporting the company's growth in the renewables sector.
