Jocelyn Mendoza is a seasoned testing analyst with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the financial and technology sectors. Currently at JERA Global Markets as a Testing Analyst since April 2021, prior roles include Test Manager at Pactera and Testing Senior Analyst, AVP at Citibank, where Jocelyn successfully handled test case design and execution for a large number of projects across APAC using Agile methodologies. Notably, at Citibank, efficient management and execution of a critical cross-franchise capability project were achieved with zero outstanding defects. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Credit Suisse, where Jocelyn managed global QA efforts, and at Hexaware Technologies, where exceptional performance led to a permanent position in less than a year. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from De La Salle University.
