Khalil Phelian currently serves as the Maintenance Head at Jerusalem Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. since November 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations. Previously, Khalil held the role of Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor at the same company and worked as a Control Engineer at Jerusalem Pharmacy. Khalil Phelian earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birzeit University, completing the program between 2009 and 2014.
