Jaymelee Dorley has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles. Jaymelee currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Jennison Associates LLC since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Bloomberg LP as a Diversity & Inclusion Client Partner from May 2020 to November 2023. Before joining Bloomberg, they were a Talent Consultant at Fitch Group, Inc. from November 2019 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, and Global Leadership & Diversity. Jaymelee also gained experience in public relations as a member of the Consumer Team at Lippe Taylor.

Jaymelee Dorley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts & Sciences from Penn State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009.
