Andy P. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in engineering and coaching. Andy is currently working at ONEOK as an Engineer III, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ONEOK as an Operations Engineer from March 2019 to October 2022. In 2022, they also served as the East Assistant Director at Oklahoma Charge Volleyball. In 2021, Andy was the Head Coach for Boys Volleyball at Jenks Public Schools. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as a Volleyball Coach at Ultimate Performance Volleyball Club. Additionally, they have previous engineering experience, including roles at Emerson Automation Solutions as a Project Engineer from February 2017 to March 2019, at Power and Control Engineering Solutions (PCES) as a Project Engineer (Contract) from October 2016 to February 2017, at Linde Engineering North America Inc. as a Proposal Engineer/Project Engineer from November 2014 to September 2016, at GE Oil & Gas as a Lead Applications Engineer from October 2013 to November 2014, at Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Project Engineer from October 2012 to October 2013, and at Exterran as an Engineer from June 2011 to October 2012. At GE Oil & Gas, they were responsible for developing technical scope and cost for global reciprocating compressor and packaging product proposals. At Parsons Brinckerhoff, they oversaw internal design activities and successfully completed mechanical integrity tests on cavern wells. At Exterran, they worked as a Field Operations Engineer and serviced and refurbished compressors while also developing customer proposals. Andy P. has a strong background in engineering and coaching, with a focus on project management, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction.

Andy P. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa from 2008 to 2011. Andy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2013.

Prior to college, Andy attended Bixby High School from 2003 to 2007. After high school, they briefly attended the University of Oklahoma in 2007 and 2008, though it is unclear if they pursued a specific degree or field of study during this time.

In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained certifications in Yellow Belt from Linde Engineering North America Inc. in August 2016 and in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in December 2015.
