Matthias Maines has extensive work experience in the restoration and automotive industries. Matthias started their career at Jenkins Restorations in 2014 as a Project Manager before eventually becoming the Senior Director of Regional Operations. During their time at Jenkins Restorations, Matthias also served as the Southwest District Director and General Manager. Prior to their role at Jenkins Restorations, Matthias worked at Toyota Motor Corporation as a Sales Manager, leading a team of sales professionals and receiving recognition for superior customer service.

Matthias Maines completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Emory & Henry College from 2008 to 2012, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
