Jeff Nelson currently serves as the VP of Operations at Jenius Bank, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Jeff held various roles at Mission Lane from June 2021 to January 2025, including Director of Operations for Fraud & Disputes and Operations Manager for New Product Development. Jeff's career spans several consulting positions, including at Daybreak IT Solutions and Spinnaker Consulting Group, as well as an extensive tenure at Capital One from 1999 to June 2018, where Jeff progressed to Senior Manager roles in US Card Quality Management Operations and other operational areas. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond, earned between 1993 and 1997.
