Maria Hurley is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CHRO at Jencap since February 2022, Maria previously held the position of SVP of People at NIP Group, Inc., from October 2020 to February 2022. At Willis Towers Watson, from 2014 to 2020, Maria served as Director in multiple HR capacities, focusing on global talent advisement and organizational development. Earlier experience includes senior HR roles at Markel Corporation and Merrill Lynch, where Maria provided strategic HR leadership and partnership to drive talent management and organizational effectiveness. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Human Resources from Salve Regina University and completed the Strategic HR Management Program at Harvard Business School.
