Claudia Rivera Burgos is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at JEM Group, LLC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Claudia held positions as a Human Resources Administrator at Trinity Drilling & Blasting and Brubacher from October 2018 to October 2021. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Administrative Assistant and Office Clerk at Evertec from August 2015 to August 2018, and as an Assistant Investigator at the EEOC in early 2015. Claudia earned a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, completing the program in 2015.
