Julián Capilla Piña has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. In 1997, they began working at GRUPO SPORTS WORLD as Sobdirector de Operaciones y Aperturas and Subdirector Operativo y comercial. In 2009, they became the CEO of b2be Sports & Wellness. In 2017, they took on the role of Socio/ Director of Nation 4. In 2020, they became the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Acuática Nelson Vargas and the Chief Growth Officer of Jelp app. In 2022, they will begin working at Club C+ as Growth, Sales & Strategy.

Julián Capilla Piña has completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Southwestern Community College District, an Ingeniero Mecatronico from UNAM and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California. Julián is currently enrolled in IPADE Business School.
