Alison R. Knox has over a decade of experience in customer operations and therapeutic practices. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Jellyvision since March 2014, Alison has held various positions within the company including Manager of Customer Operations, Customization Manager, and Content Production Specialist. Prior to this, Alison worked as a Therapist at Couples Counseling Associates and Chicago Counseling Associates. Additionally, from August 2005 to June 2012, Alison was the Production Manager at Remy Bumppo Theatre Company. Alison R. Knox holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Syracuse University.
