Lucy Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucy started their career as a freelance composer, creating music for various projects and working as a music teacher. In 2011, they gained work experience with the BBC, where they familiarized herself with camera operation, video editing, and office tasks. Following this, they worked as a Producer at Knifedge, specializing in experiential design and VFX for live events. Lucy managed large-scale projection mapping projects, including immersive experiences for the London 2012 Olympics. In 2013, Lucy joined Radiant Studios and later RadiantVFX as a Producer, overseeing design and branding projects, managing budgets, and producing shoots. Lucy then worked as a VFX Producer at The Giggle Group Ltd, Projection Artworks, and Jellyfish Pictures. Currently, Lucy is the Head of Production at Jellyfish Pictures, where they oversee production operations for VFX and animation projects.

Lucy Ward's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at The University of Edinburgh to study music. Lucy completed their undergraduate degree at this institution in 2008. Following this, in 2008, they attended the Royal College of Music for one year to specialize in composition for the screen.
