Sydney B. is an experienced professional in the fields of onboarding, implementation, and systems analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Onboarding & Implementation at Jellyfish since May 2022, Sydney has also held positions as Team Lead and Implementation Engineer within the company. Prior to this role, Sydney worked at TerraGo Technologies as Lead Systems Analyst and Technical Writer from August 2020 to April 2022. Sydney's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Sydney has academic experience as a Mellon Digital Humanities Fellow and Visiting Assistant Professor at Washington and Lee University from September 2014 to June 2020.
