Paulo Cleto Duarte is an accomplished entrepreneur and healthcare executive with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Founder and Co-CEO of SHEE since April 2024 and The Clinic of Change since July 2023, Paulo is dedicated to driving innovation and transformation in healthcare. Paulo serves on the Board of Directors at JELLY - Digital Agency, contributing strategic insights since September 2021. Additionally, Paulo co-owns Farmácia Estácio and previously held key leadership roles at Unilabs Portugal, where significant growth and partnerships were established. Paulo's educational background includes an Advanced Management Program from IMD and an MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, complemented by a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Lisbon.
