Rob is known for their upbeat approach and dedication to helping their sales team succeed. Rob has been instrumental in launching multiple offices and expanding the presence of these companies in Melbourne's inner north real estate market.

Rob Elsom attended Camberwell Grammar School from 1987 to 1992. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study at La Trobe University from 1993 to 1996. At La Trobe, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Criminology.
