Lidiane Araujo has four years of work experience. Lidiane began their career in 2014 as an Agent of Collection for TIVIT and NovaQuest Contact Center. In 2015, they joined Atento as an Analista de Relacionamento Digital, where they were responsible for customer service for the E-Commerce Via Varejo, including consumer ombudsman, Procon, and Reclame Aqui.
