Melissa Carrillo currently serves as Director of Accounts at Jeffrey Scott Agency, a position held since March 2022, following a successful tenure as Senior Account Executive. Previously, Melissa was the Senior Communications Specialist at Kaweah Health, where key achievements included leading a comprehensive rebrand and managing internal communications during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes roles at Community Services and Employment Training as Marketing and Communications Coordinator, and as Public Information Officer for the County of Tulare, where responsibilities encompassed media relations, public communication strategies, and community engagement. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Fresno.
