Roger Pouncey is a Senior Software Engineer at Evergreen Money since July 2023, with previous experience at SingleStone as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer from March 2021 to June 2023. In addition to software engineering, Roger has served as the Music Manager at The Jefferson Hotel since September 2018, where responsibilities include booking and leading the Sunday Brunch Jazz Trio and organizing music for special events. As a self-employed Freelance Musician since August 2011, Roger performs across Virginia, teaches students of varying ages and skill levels, and composes and arranges music for diverse contexts, including musicals and jazz big bands. Roger holds a Bachelor's of Music in Music Performance with a focus on Jazz Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed in 2015.
