Rich Fadler is an experienced building inspector currently serving at both Jefferson County, Missouri, and the City of Festus, Missouri, since August 2022 and May 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Rich held positions as a co-owner of Twin City Lawn Services LLC from March 2019 to January 2022 and as an owner/operator of an independent contracting business from September 2010 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an executive assistant at Rent-A-Center from May 2004 to September 2010, where Rich completed the Store Manager Development Program and was recognized as a sales leader. Rich holds an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in business from Jefferson College, earned between 2011 and 2013.
