Michelle is also the President of Innovative Consulting LLC, a woman-owned small business that focuses on providing cost and performance consulting solutions. Michelle has a strong background in strategic planning, operations, technology, and assessment from their previous roles at University of Maryland and Grant Thornton LLP. Michelle holds a Master of Public Management degree in Public Sector Financial Management from University of Maryland.
