Kaelin Kovacik is currently the Director Program Management Office at Jefferson Consulting Group, and also holds the title of USAID Operations Director (Contract) at Avantus Federal. With a background in project management, data governance, and process automation, Kaelin has experience working with various organizations such as the Department of Transportation, American University, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Kaelin holds a Master's degree in US Foreign Policy & National Security from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Kentucky.
