Mauro Premazzi is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the field. Since April 2016, Mauro has served as Managing Director and Head of Italy Investment Banking at Jefferies, where leadership involves the origination and execution of M&A and IPO transactions across various sectors, along with establishing the Italian office for Jefferies IB. Prior to this role, Mauro was a Director in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from December 2005 to March 2016, successfully originating and executing approximately 30 M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Mauro began their career as an Associate in European M&A Advisory at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., contributing to various M&A assignments across multiple regions. Mauro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Bocconi and completed a Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
