Marcus Rivaldi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and EMEA Insurance Credit Lead at Jefferies since July 2021, Rivaldi oversees primary and secondary credit markets for the EMEA insurance industry. Previously, as UK CEO and Deputy Group CIO of ILS, Credit & Equity at Twelve Capital from May 2015 to July 2021, Rivaldi contributed to high-quality, cross-asset research within a specialist investment business. At Morgan Stanley from June 2009 to May 2015, Rivaldi held the position of Executive Director, leading research efforts in European insurance equity and fixed income. Earlier roles include Director at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where services focused on capital and ratings advisory, and Director and Senior Credit Analyst at Standard & Poor's, specializing in European insurers. Rivaldi holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Aberdeen, graduating in 1992.
