James Keys has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James most recently worked at Jeenie as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Jeenie as a Software Engineer from June 2018 to April 2022. Before joining Jeenie, James worked at The University of Texas at Austin, first as a Desktop Support Specialist from July 2008 to July 2013, and then as a Systems Administrator from July 2013 to June 2018.

James Keys attended Lee College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Maintenance. Their field of study at the college was Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
