Reza Saghi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2022. Reza began their career as an intern at IranAir in 2014. After that, they worked as an Electronics & Robotics Lab Executive at Allamehelli Highschool. In 2015, Reza worked as a GUI and system Developer at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI).

In 2016, they joined SAMIM Group as a Project Developer, where they developed and tested "CHAPAR" Automated Delivery Multirotor UAV. During their time at SAMIM Group, they worked on mechanical simulation using SolidWorks software, development using Pixhawk Flight Controller, and customized ground control station using Mission Planner. Reza also worked on the development of biometric identification using a fingerprint sensor, which was successfully tested by the company.

Reza also worked as a Project Assistant at IROST from 2016 to 2019, where they contributed to various projects. Reza was later appointed as the Head of the Technical Committee at IDP (Iran Drone Prix) 2017 Multirotor Competition at Bamilo.

In 2020, Reza joined Qeshm Air as an Avionics Maintenance Engineer. Reza was responsible for maintaining avionics systems onboard aircraft. In 2021, they worked as a Project Developer at DEED group, and in 2022, they joined Jedsy as a Drone Maintenance Engineer.

Throughout their career, Reza has acquired skills in drone maintenance, project development, avionics maintenance, mechanical simulation, development using flight controllers, and more. Reza has also been a member of the Technical Committee for the FIRACup-2019 and has demonstrated a strong passion for robotics and technology.

Reza Saghi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shahrood University of Technology, where they also received certifications in computer vision using OpenCV in 2013. Reza later pursued a Master's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Islamic Azad University from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Reza has obtained various certifications, including UAV Maintenance and SMS (Safety Management Systems), from institutions such as Jedsy and Qeshm Air. Reza has also gained experience in teaching subjects like UAV Design, Arduino & Embedded Systems, and AVR Microcontroller at different institutions.
