Michael Olivier has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career at BP, where they worked as a Project Coordinator and later as a Maintenance Supervisor and Project Manager. Michael then joined MK Ferguson Corp. as a Project Manager and Principal Consultant. Michael also worked at Middough Inc. as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager, where they supported business development and implemented policies and procedures to enhance quality services. Michael served as a Technical Center Manager and Project Engineering Manager at Linde North America, leading a group of engineers and designers. Michael also briefly worked at URS Corporation as a Project Director in the Process & Energy Group before being displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Michael then returned to Ohio and joined Jacobs as a Senior Project Manager, managing a portfolio of EPC projects. Most recently, they worked at Eudora Brewing Company as a Brew-on-Premises Technician, educating customers about craft brewing. Michael is currently employed at Jedson Engineering as a Senior Project Manager, where they are responsible for managing projects in the chemicals industry and ensuring schedule and budget performance.

Michael Olivier has a strong education background with a focus on business and engineering. Michael completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans, covering the period from 1974 to 1981. Following that, they pursued further studies and earned their MBA in Operations Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, attending from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they briefly attended Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business in 1988.
