Michael Leisure, PE has over 14 years of work experience in engineering roles. Michael is currently a Project Manager at Jedson Engineering as of January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at The David J. Joseph Company from January 2015 to January 2020, where they served as a Project Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and managing execution of capital projects for metal recycling and processing facilities, focusing on reliability and efficiency improvement. Before that, they worked at Duke Energy Corporation from March 2014 to January 2015 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, from February 2011 to March 2014 as a Mechanical Engineer II, and from June 2009 to February 2011 as a Mechanical Engineer I. During their time at Duke Energy, they provided technical support on mechanical issues for various projects and managed multiple power plant components. Michael started their career as a Student in Engineering Co-op at Duke Energy in March 2006 and gained experience in power plant operations and project management.

Michael Leisure, PE pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. From 2004 to 2009, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
